The objective of the post is to provide PA support to the Director and reception and administrative duties for Swindon Women’s Aid, including meeting/booking in visitors, populating the electronic management system and being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries.

Community IDVA July 2017

Swindon Women’s Aid is looking to recruit an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to join their fully integrated domestic abuse service in Swindon. This post will be based at Swindon Women’s Aid but involve working within the local communities of Swindon.

Volunteering With Swindon Women’s Aid

We are always happy to welcome individuals into our volunteer network.  Our volunteers help us in a number of ways, they can provide occasional support - like helping at one off events, support us with seasonal work - like at Christmas or be regular volunteers which help support our services on a weekly or daily basis.  We have a variety of volunteering opportunities with Swindon Women’s Aid, so if you want to help us to help others please get in touch.
