RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATOR PART TIME (WED,THURS,FRI)

PART TIME RECEPTIONIST (WED, THURS, FRI) 9-5PM £8.50PH

Swindon Women’s Aid has an exciting opportunity for a part time receptionist working at our Swindon offices. You’ll be enthusiastic and professional to cover our main reception, welcoming visitors, directing telephone calls and taking messages for staff.

You’ll be highly organised dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special and recorded deliveries, and book meetings & arrange refreshments.

You’ll assist in facilities management administration, reporting and recording repairs, compiling orders for stationary and office equipment and take payments for amenity charges.

You’ll also have a great eye for detail as you’ll be responsible for updating our contacts database, website content and some data entry.

Skills required for the role:

•As the ideal candidate, you will have excellent inter-personal and organisational skills and a professional and friendly manner.

•A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential, as is the ability to work under pressure, and on your own initiative.

•You will be a positive person, who is able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.

•Driving licence is advantageous.
